  The manager Timothy Thomas is in the wrong business. Not only to be a manager, but to be an employee and represent Uhaul. He explained how I couldn't use cash, because he didn't want to go to the bank for a small transaction (personal problem). In addition to that, he was yelling at the customer next to me to select a time for a truck. Absolute horrible customer service. I ended up having to use my card, because of his horrible customer service. I am extremely dissatisfied with my encounter with him.
  
  On a different note there was a Michael Perry who was awesome and had wonderful customer service and another employee I didn't get his name. Please change this manage our for Michael. Nobody should have to experience that when trying to simply get supplies to move especially not a military member who serves in harms way to fight for this country!
